Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project is pleased to announce a CLE series for attorneys interested in learning how to represent clients in Immigration Court removal proceedings. The trainings will cover substantive law and very practical information, such as:
- Immigration Court procedure and protocol;
- Immigration Court filing requirements;
- Common mistakes on immigration forms;
- Descriptions and role plays of hearing colloquy; and
- How to plan for the different stages of an immigration case.
