This workshop will explain the process of obtaining lawful permanent residence through the diversity visa lottery program. Topics covered will include regional eligibility, educational and work experience requirements, how to apply, and adjustment of status. This training will be conducted by Thomas J. Shea, Esq. of the NYIC
- CLE Credit Comments: CLE Credit: 2 credits in professional practice. This course provides transitional credit for newly admitted attorneys and non-transitional credit for experienced attorneys.
