How do you find answers to immigration legal questions? This webinar will lead beginning practitioners (or those in need of a refresher) through the process of researching questions on immigration law. CLINIC attorneys Sarah Bronstein and Jennie Guilfoyle will discuss the different sources of immigration law (including the INA, the regulations and agency memos) and explain where and how to find them, and demonstrate how to use them. The presenters will also demonstrate how to use secondary sources to find answers to legal questions.
