Program
One of the primary immigration benefits before USCIS and EOIR is adjustment of status. In order to be eligible, the applicant must demonstrate that he or she has been "inspected and admitted or paroled" under INA §245(a). This intermediate panel will discuss the intricacies of proving inspection and admission in immigration court or before USCIS where no evidence was provided by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
