While there has been debate over whether "discovery" can be obtained in removal proceedings, this panel will review the statute, regulations, and Immigration Court Practice Manual (ICPM) to outline the basics of obtaining evidence held by government agencies, courts and private individuals. Strategies and practice tips will be shared.
