The rules and procedures for the immigration of foreign-born adopted children have become more complex since the Hague Convention entered into full force in the United States. This webinar will discuss the provisions under the Immigration and Nationality Act governing the immigration of adopted children. We will discuss who is covered under the Hague Convention, the petition filing procedures and the adjudication process.
