Program
Minor children often get left behind in the immigration process because they are unable to derive immigrant status with their parents or their parents are living illegally in the United States. This topic will review some of the limited options available to minors.

* Expanded Protections Conferred by the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008
