Kathrin S. Mautino is the managing partner of the San Diego law firm Mautino and Mautino. She is one of fewer than 150 attorneys certified by the State Bar of California as a specialist in immigration and nationality law. Ms. Mautino writes and speaks on immigration and citizenship issues for various local, regional and national groups, including AILA. She is a nationally-recognized practitioner in American citizenship laws and priority date issues.

Raymond R. Bolourtchi, St. Louis, MO

David Grunblatt, Newark, NJ
David Grunblatt is a partner at Proskauer Rose LLP, heading its Immigration Practice Group. He served as chair of the AILA New York Chapter was formerly chair of the Association's National Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility and its Vermont Service Center liaison committee. He was formerly chair of immigration committees at the NY Bar Association and the NY County Lawyers Association. He lectures and writes extensively on the subject of immigration and nationality law. Mr. Grunblatt received his undergraduate degree from Brooklyn College, and his law degree and LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
