The presentation will outline the basic regulatory and statutory requirements for preparing a request for humanitarian parole. The presentation will also walk through the Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, which is used to request humanitarian parole. The workshop will be conducted by Lynn Neugebauer, Esq., Supervising Attorney, Safe Horizon Immigration Law Project.
