This training will cover the basic eligibility requirements to file the Form I-290B, Notice of Appeal or Motion, with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The presentation will discuss different scenarios when the USCIS denies an application for an immigration benefit and when it is appropriate to file the Form I-290B to appeal the denial or file the I-290B to ask the USCIS to either reconsider the denial or reopen the denied case. The training will be conducted by Sharon Toussaint, Esq., Solo Practitioner.
