This webinar will describe the impact of two cases that changed the legal analysis needed when deciding the impact a crime may have on an immigrant: Nijahawan v. Holder and Matter of Silva Trevino. Trainers are Ann Atalla, who supervises CLINIC's BIA appeals project, and Peggy Gleason. Trainers will also discuss possible responses and case strategies in light of the new case law.
