In this webinar, we will explore the types of crimes that may affect a person's eligibility to immigrate through the family based preference system. We will also discuss the types of crimes that can be waived under INA Section 212(h), who is eligible for this waiver, and how discretion is exercised by the government in family based immigration cases.
