This webinar will focus on enhancing your understanding of how to prepare yourselves and your clients in the event that immigration reform is enacted in 2010. It will specifically cover preparing practitioners for the legalization component of a possible immigration reform law with a secondary emphasis on the family immigration provisions. We will present a description of the Gutierrez bill, CIR ASAP, as well as any other bills which have been introduced or are anticipated by the time of the webinar.

Mark is an expert in asylum law, Central American Policy, family immigration, and lawyering that supports civic action throughout Northern California and the Central Valley. He is the co-author of ILRC publication, Motions to Suppress, and he is the main author of the Asylum and Related Immigration Protection manual.
