The Immigration Advocates Network (IAN) and CLINIC invites you to join a webinar on " U visas Following an ICE Enforcement Action" on Thursday, January 28, 2010. This webinar will discuss U visas following an ICE enforcement action including screening for U visas, working with non-traditional law enforcement (EEOC and DOL) for law enforcement certifications, handling clients with U visa possibilities or applications in removal proceedings, i.e. - how to get proceedings continued, admin closed, stays, etc.

Our presenters will be Gail Pendleton and Sonia Parras-Konrad, Co-Directors of ASISTA, the Immigration Technical Assistance Project, which also co-chairs the National Network to End Violence Against Immigrant Women. Gail and Sonia are national experts on U visas with many years of experience on immigration and gender issues. Debbie Smith, Project Director of the Immigration Advocates Network and CLINIC attorney, will moderate.
