Tarik H. Sultan is a shareholder in the firm of Wolf & Sultan PC in Tucson, Arizona. He has served on AILA's Board of Governors, as well as on numerous national liaison committees, including DOL and DOJ. Mr. Sultan's practice is focused on all areas and aspects of immigration law, with a particular emphasis on employment-based visas and employer sanctions defense. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, the top 5% of immigration lawyers in Super Lawyers, and Martindale Hubbell's Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
Marcia N. Needleman, New York, NY
Marcia N. Needleman is the principal of Levitt & Needleman, P.C. in New York City. The firm practices exclusively in the area of immigration and nationality law, handling matters in the full range of immigration law with a particular focus on business immigration. She has served on AILA's Board of Governors, held the position of chair of the New York chapter of AILA and served on numerous committees both locally and nationally. She is a former trustee for the American Immigration Council (formerly AILF). Ms. Needleman has lectured nationally and internationally on various topics, is involved in advocacy activities and is listed in the publications, The Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers and Who's Who Legal, Corporate Immigration.
Cheryl B. Williams, Nashville, TN
Cheryl B. Williams is a partner with Rose Immigration Law Firm in Nashville. She is an active advocate in the area of immigration law, speaking, writing, and mentoring on a national level for AILA. A graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law (1995), Ms. Williams earned a B.A. in Communication summa cum laude from the University of Alabama (1991). She is married and the mother of two boys, aged 12 and 6, and highly active in scouting with her sons, serving as both a cubmaster for Pack 32 at Eakin Elementary and as a troop committee member for Troop 17 at Blakemore UMC, both in Nashville, Tennessee.
