This webinar will describe motions to the immigration court for venue, evidence filing, reopening, recalendering, and more under the EOIR Immigration Court Practice Manual. Catholic Charities Attorney Caitlin Brazill and CLINIC Attorney Peggy Gleason will present the webinar.

- CLE Credit Comments: The Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC) is authorized by the State Bar of California to provide minimum continuing legal education (MCLE) trainings.
