This webinar will provide an overview of the legal theories for excluding unlawfully obtained evidence of alienage in immigration proceedings. We will also address the procedure for requesting an evidentiary hearing in support of a motion to suppress, challenging documents and testimony, and seeking review in cases in which a motion to suppress is denied.
