What are the components of a successful petition for U status? What supporting documents should you gather? How much documentation should you provide with a request for a waiver of the grounds of inadmissibility? What about fee waivers for the I-192 waiver request? What are some tips for getting law enforcement certifications? What types of Requests for Evidence are practitioners receiving and how are they responding? Sarah Bronstein and Jennie Guilfoyle, CLINIC Training and Legal Support attorneys, will moderate this discussion with experienced practitioners who will share their thoughts on successful petitions. In the course of the webinar, attendees will have the opportunity to look at sample cover letters, petitions and supporting documents.
