AILA is pleased to present "Ethics for Immigration Lawyers by Immigration Lawyers," a two-part ethics seminar series focusing on the unique ethical issues faced by immigration practitioners. Part II: Navigating the Ethics of Fraud-Balancing Candor and Confidentiality delves into the ethical issues attorneys encounter when dealing with clients who are (or have been) less than truthful.
The discussion will cover:
