- How to Best Present Evidentiary Requirements in a Short Amount of Time
- How to Pay Bond and Secure the Release of the Client, Including Who Can Pay Bond and Considerations for Attorney Obligors
- Keeping Bond Proceedings Separate From Removal Proceedings
- The Attorney's Role in Assisting Clients with Orders of Supervision
- Alternatives to Detention and Communicating with ICE Contractors
- Assisting Your Client and/or the Obligor in Returning Bond
The discussion will conclude with a Q&A session.
