USCIS has received significant funding for a substantially increased volume of random site visits to employer petitioners. Over the coming year, many thousands more employers will have USCIS knocking on their doors. How do you respond?

Paul L. Zulkie is managing principal in the Chicago law firm of Zulkie Partners LLC. Mr. Zulkie is listed in Best Lawyers in America and International Who's Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers for immigration law. His practice is concentrated in business immigration law and employer sanctions enforcement. He was first elected to AILA's Board of Governors in 1995, served as president of AILA (2004-05), and has served as president of AILF since 2006.
Kathleen Campbell Walker, AILA Past President, El Paso, TX
Kathleen Campbell Walker heads the immigration department of Brown McCarroll LLP from the El Paso office. She is immediate past-president of AILA and is board certified in immigration and nationality law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She has testified for AILA multiple times before the U.S. House and Senate and before Texas state congressional committees.
William A. Stock, AILA Board of Governors, Philadelphia, PA
William A. Stock is a founding partner of Klasko, Rulon, Stock & Seltzer, LLP in Philadelphia. He was the recipient of AILA's 2000 Joseph Minsky Award for outstanding accomplishments in immigration law by a young lawyer and is listed in Best Lawyers in America. Mr. Stock is a senior editor of AILA's Immigration & Nationality Law Handbook, and is co-author of the J Visa Guidebook from Matthew Bender. He serves as a director on AILA's Board of Governors, is a former chair of AILA's Philadelphia chapter and is an adjunct professor at Villanova University School of Law.
