The second segment of a two-part webinar series for both advanced practitioners and those new to the field that explores the use of international human rights law in immigration cases. Building on the foundation developed in Part One of the series, experts put international law into action by developing substantive international law arguments for immigration cases, beginning with the "Right to Respect for Family Life." This webinar will be moderated by Sarah Bronstein, Training and Legal Support Attorney with CLINIC. The panelists will be Andy Schoenholtz, Deputy Director of the Institute for the Study of International Migration at Georgetown University and Visiting Professor at Georgetown University Law Center and Rex Chen, Managing Attorney at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark, Immigration Assistance Program. We recommend participating in both parts of the series, but it is not required.
