Does your legal immigration program struggle to know when and how to charge fees to clients? Can your immigration program determine a case load mix for staff that serves both the organization's mission and need for revenue? Does your legal immigration program have financial controls and procedures by which it can quickly expand services under an anticipated legalization program?

This webinar is intended for experienced program directors and also for start-up programs seeking to grow. The presenters for this Managing Financial Performance webinar are Jack Holmgren, Esq.,/ Field Support Coordinator and Jeff Chenoweth, Assistant Director for CLINIC's Center for Citizenship and Immigrant Communities. Both presenters are trainers for the Center's Immigration Program Management classroom and webinar training series.

Past webinars by CLINIC on immigration program management issues include: building agency support for legal immigration services; space, tools and equipment; staffing and legal training; Board of Immigration Appeals agency recognition and staff accreditation process; and case management systems.
