The family-based immigration system allows intending immigrants in the "preference categories" to have "derivative" spouses and children immigrate along with the principal immigrant. This webinar will focus on those derivatives. We will cover:

- How to get permanent residence as a derivative
- 245(i) and derivatives
- CSPA protection for derivatives
- Special cases
