Part 1 will cover an overview of terms, immediate relatives, the family preference categories, derivatives, and the use of the Visa Bulletin. Sources of law and documentation for family relationships will also be discussed.

This course, and Part 2 on July 1, are for beginning practitioners, and for those who want more information before attending a CLINIC family-based immigration training.
