This training will review the statutory elements of the ground of inadmissibility under INA sections 212(a)(9)(B) & (C) for unlawful presence as well as a discussion of what constitutes a "period of stay authorized by the Attorney General" as well as discussion of preparing Form I-601 to apply for a waiver of this ground of inadmissibility. This training will be conducted by Thomas J. Shea, Esq. of the NYIC.

A fee will be charged for this training.
