Workers' compensation is a fundamental part of the healthcare safety net and an important aspect of workers' rights in New York State. This training will take a practical look at the benefits available to workers who are injured on-the-job or become sick as a result of working conditions, focusing on the challenges faced by low-wage and immigrant workers. This training will be conducted by E. Tammy Kim, Esq. staff attorney with the Community Development Project of the Urban Justice Center.

A fee will be charged for this training.
In case of economic hardship, fee waiver or reduction may be available upon request.
