Immigration Law: Obtaining Documented Status for Crime Victims

Monday April 20 - Tuesday April 21 , 2009

This one- and one-half-day training will focus on pathways to legal status for victims of crimes. The first full day will focus on the complex legal practices of filing for U-Visas, T-Visas, cancellation of removal, and adjustment of status for crime victims. The second half day will provide a multi-disciplinary approach to obtaining legal status for victims of crimes that will be especially useful for advocates and law enforcement, as well as attorneys.
