This intensive two-day training will examine in detail the most common grounds of inadmissibility, including health, crimes, fraud, smuggling and immigration violations. We will also examine the waivers available for these grounds and provide guidance on preparing and documenting waiver applications. The training is interactive, with large and small group exercises on determining inadmissibility and preparing and submitting waiver applications. More detailed information is provided in the attached summary agenda. Trainers will be CLINIC attorney Charles Wheeler of San Francisco and immigration attorney Adam Chester of Las Vegas.
