Overview

The one-day CLE program will focus on the many variations of waivers as they apply to your business, family and entry cases. Learn the new twists and triggers of inadmissibility that can be easy to miss, as you hear about solutions and strategies for your toughest cases. Discuss waivers for students and exchange visitors, as well as VAWA beneficiaries and conditional residents. During your networking lunch, get an update on the latest news from Capitol Hill.

Registration

Your registration fee includes admission to CLE sessions; continental breakfast and the luncheon on Friday; the book AILA's Focus on Waivers Under the Immigration and Nationality Law Act by Julie Ferguson; opportunities to network; and a copy of the attendee list. The following early bird registration rates are available until September 5, 2008. Registering by this date will save you $150 off the on-site rate. After this date, the Advance/Onsite rate will apply.

Cancellation Policy

After September 5, 2008, the Advance/Onsite rate applies. AILA will mail registration materials in advance to anyone who has registered as of September 5, 2008. If you register after this date you must pick up your registration materials on-site. We encourage you to register by the early-bird deadline to avoid on-site delays. Cancellations received by September 5, 2008, entitle registrants to a full refund (less $50 processing fee). No cancellation requests will be accepted after September 5, 2008, but the conference handbook will be mailed to the registrant after the conference. All cancellations must be in writing.
