Overview

This seminar offers you a cost-effective and convenient way to stay current on the immigration issues that matter most. Discussions are lead by practitioners with extensive experience in the subject matter being presented.

From the convenience of your home or office, you can dial in and listen to the discussion. There is time at the end of the Web Seminar devoted to a Q&A session. Questions for consideration can be emailed to the faculty in advance of the Web Seminar.

John Patrick Pratt, Miami, FL
John P. Pratt is an associate attorney with Kurzban, Kurzban, Weinger & Tetzeli, P.A., in Miami. He received his B.A. in Philosophy from The Florida State University with honors, and graduated from Tulane University School of Law, receiving his J.D. The Florida Bar certified Mr. Pratt as a specialist in immigration and nationality law. He focuses on business immigration, naturalization, removal defense, and federal court litigation.

Registration Deadline: : The deadline to register is Wednesday, September 3, at 11:59 pm eastern time.

Cancellations: No refunds will be given after the session has started.

Confirmations: Registrants will receive confirmation of their participation via email the day before the session starts. No additional notices will be provided.

Technological Requirements: This is a special Web Seminar. Prior to the date of the online meeting, you should test your browser to make sure it is compatible for the web seminar.   • CLE Credit Comments: CLE credit may be available in your state. Please contact your state bar to verify if CLE credit is available. Attorneys must apply on their own for CLE credit. Should your state bar require it, we will provide you with verification of your participation on the audio/web seminar.
